Hi, I’m Emma, owner at Clover Content Co. I’m an eldest daughter, a Leo, an amateur musician, an avid reader, and a former “pleasure to have in class”.  I love spending time with my family, my friends, and giving back in my tiny home community of Bezanson, Alberta. My hobbies include fashion, cooking, music, and playing rec league sports. My most valuable possessions are probably my Espresso machine and my vinyl collection. 

 

My college journey was a bit unconventional, but I would not change a thing - I like to think the rich blend of experience I gained is worth far more than the tuition dollars I paid and the time it took to achieve… The important takeaway is - I hold a Diploma in Marketing and Merchandising from the Visual College of Art and Design, as well as half of a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from GPRC, which I would love to finish one day when I find the time!

 

From 2022-2025, I was employed by a program called the Digital Service Squad at the Grande Prairie Chamber of Commerce, where I got to assist local business owners with their digital marketing - from teaching tools like Canva and the Meta Suite to assisting with broader marketing strategy, online presence and SEO, I gained so much hands-on experience in marketing and got to work with some incredible entrepreneurs in the region. That job confirmed for me that Marketing is, in fact, my passion (and where my talent lies). I genuinely enjoy every day in a career that requires a beautiful blend of creativity and business savvy, a dance between art and analytics. Now, I am looking forward to continuing my work with small businesses and not-for-profits, empowering them to use marketing tools effectively and assisting in bringing their brands to life. While I can’t do that for free through the DSS anymore, I am committed to continuing this work, which I am so passionate about, at a competitive rate.
